As the sole designer on the POS product, I led design and strategy for the first five projects of our next-gen launch. As the team grew, I managed three additional designers, aligned with cross-functional leads, and helped scale the milestone to thirteen successful projects.

I led the vision for Square for Restaurants’ diner team, focusing on how sellers can better connect with diners by understanding what makes them feel seen and valued. This work shaped the 2024 roadmap across diners, restaurant management, appointments, customers, loyalty, and marketing.

I designed and launched OpenTable’s “availability alerts,” a feature that notifies diners when a fully booked restaurant opens up—helping restaurants reduce cancellations by quickly filling tables.

A decade ago, I helped concept Discover’s “freeze your card” feature, giving customers the power to instantly stop transactions if their card was lost or compromised, now-standard industry feature.
