Ashley leads design for the entire demand experience at SeatGeek, guiding fans from discovery to purchase.  Previously, she led high-priority initiatives at Square and helped shape search and discovery at OpenTable.

She’s a strategically driven product designer who thrives on turning zero-to-one ideas into real, scalable products. Bringing a mix of big-picture thinking, sharp attention to detail, and genuine care for the people they work with. They help teams move from “what if” to “how we get there” by shaping clear visions and turning concepts into shared, actionable plans.

Ashley has led cross-functional teams, managed designers, built design systems, and launched thoughtful products. Her approach is rooted in craft, clarity, and collaboration—believing that great design isn’t just about what gets built, but how you build it and who you build it with.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Ashley with her wife, their black lab, and a close group of friends gathering around a table, a fire, or both.
